1. Tickets Return and Name Changes

All passes, which were bought via Hit Games Conference website, ticket sales service provider's website, and affiliated websites can be returned until 7 days before the event.

Requests for the return of tickets submitted less than 7 days before the event will not be valid.

Name changes can be done at any time at the profile page within the PINE system.

Payment methods available to purchase tickets are set by the ticket sales service provider and may depend on time remaining before the event, your geographical location, and other factors. Hyper Games Conference is not in control of the available payment methods and other terms of service of ticket sales service provider.

2. PINE TOOL

We launch the Hit Games Conference online using PINE Tool — a third-party digital meeting service. Thus, we provide the terms of services documented by the PINE Tool in the Legal section of the website: https://pinetool.ai/legal/

The organiser is not responsible for the failure of the third-party PINE Tool App, the incorrect display of any data inside the system, the low data transfer rate, or any problems associated with any services provided by the PINE Tool system.

You get access to the PINE Tool automatically when you buy a ticket (register in the system). You just need to follow the link in the email from PINE Tool and set a password for your profile if you are using the application for the first time, or enter an existing one if you have already used this tool (and have not changed your email).

3. Video/Photography

All delegates grant permission to Hit Games Conference representatives to save audio and visual footage, including but not limited to digital images, voices, sound, videos, make screen recordings, etc. It is allowed to use such digital files for any purpose, including the advertisement of future events, marketing, and showcasing at any media resources, without further notice. It is understood that all materials will be used in a legitimate manner, both internally and outside Hit Games Conference, and is not intended to cause any harm or undue embarrassment to the parties involved.

4. General terms

Any person attending Hit Games Conference takes responsibility for the correctness and validity of information filled in the registration form upon purchase of passes.

Any person attending Hit Games Conference releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the organizer of the event and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in the event.

In no case shall the organizer be liable for any audio and visual footage, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions made by third parties.

Hit Games Conference (Organizer) reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice.

Hit Games Conference reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit the Event without notice.
