HIT Games Conference processes personal data of Users who intend to participate in the event as volunteers or representatives of the press, who have filled in the appropriate registration form in order to fulfil the Company's obligations to Users regarding the use of the Website and participation of Users in the event as volunteers or representatives of the press and with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his/her personal data.
The Company processes information about Users in order to:

  • If the User intends to take part in the event as a volunteer, the User shall fill in the appropriate registration form.
  • If the User intends to participate in the event as a representative of the press, the User shall fill in the relevant registration form.

HIT Games Conference uses a meeting system where a registered user can make an appointment, in this regard, your personal data (name, surname, place of work and position) will be available for viewing by conference attendees in the meeting system.

  • to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of the honour, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

  • file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the court;

  • apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

  • make reservations about the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

  • to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

  • to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.
