When holding an event, we undertake to:

• Do everything possible to hold the event at a sufficient level of comfort for all participants;
  
  
• Provide all necessary equipment for the event:
  
  
• In case of any changes in the schedule and format of the event - to inform you about it in the time necessary to adjust your plans;
  
  
• Advise participants on any issues related to the event by phone, e-mail, social media messengers and any available means of communication;
  

Terms and conditions of HIT Games Conference events:

• You become a participant of the event upon payment;
  
  
• In case of circumstances on your part that make it impossible for you to take part in the event, we will be able to refund your payment, provided that you have requested a refund no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the event;
  
  
• When refunding money, bank, tax and other expenses (badge printing, etc.) are deducted from the amount (usually about 15%);
  
  
• You can transfer your right to participate in the event to another person at any time without any financial loss by notifying us of the changes in advance by phone or e-mail no later than 96 hours before the start of the event;
  

Personal data:

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, you confirm that you have been informed that your personal data is included in the HIT Games Conference personal data base, which is processed in an automated system on electronic and paper carriers, and you must provide your unequivocal consent to the processing of the said personal data in order for HIT Games Conference to fulfil its obligations to you as a consumer of goods and/or services.

This consent is valid for 20 years. In case of expiry or in case of receipt of your request by HIT Games Conference, you authorise HIT Games Conference to destroy your personal data.


By making payment for the HIT Games Conference events, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this offer, as well as are familiar with the location of the personal data base, its purpose, name, rights and conditions of transferring your personal data to third parties. The relationship between HIT Games Conference and event participants is governed by the current legislation.
